Art Fight 2025 - Attack #1

This was my first Art Fight attack of 2025. It was for a person whose character quite liked "webcore" and "Y2K", so I decided to create an MSPaint-inspired, Windows XP-era retro YouTube celebration. It's referencing the early YouTuber Fred, but with the person's character in place of Fred!

The lines are purposefully very wobbly and loose, both to emulate what a child drawing with a mouse may do, and to parody the rigid lines of computer software.
